Created by a former art director from a large trade publisher, 110 was strong on design, but had no in-house print production staff to advise regarding technical issues, identify print and mailing vendors, negotiate initial terms, and attend press checks.

Little Jackie Paper stepped in to help launch the publication to an audience of 15,000 local residents and new advertisers.

Produced 10 issues in first year, ranging from 64-96 pages, gaining popularity and credibility as the leading regional publication—and still growing

Mailing plan which combines regional trucking and USPS in order to benefit from bulk postal rates while reaching consumers within days of publication rather than weeks

Nominated at Maggie Awards for outstanding photography, and received American Graphic Design Awards for Best Overall Design (3/04 issue) and Best Cover (10/03 issue)
