You have the right to receive creative, technically savvy, financially sound suggestions for the best way to manufacture your job
You have the right to request a personal visit for project planning, idea generation, or in order to get to know us better and tell us how we can help you meet your goals
You have the right to receive a quote which clearly outlines all specifications for your job from prepress through delivery
You have the right to request a review of your quoted price if you feel that it does not offer absolute value for every dollar invested in your project
You have the right to receive clear, complete file prep specifications and color calibration assistance if you use a dedicated prepress vendor for your digital color or file creation
You have the right to suggestions for the physical design of your piece in order to comply with USPS regulations for direct mail. You may also request assistance with direct review of your piece by the USPS Mailpiece Design Analyst
You have the right to receive a paper dummy of your job in order to understand how your finished piece will look and feel
You have the right to ink drawdowns of all custom colors on the stocks you specify for the job, and to make formula adjustments to meet your expectations*
You have the right to know exactly what type of press your job will run on, and to be given realistic expectations for what level of quality is achievable on this equipment
You have the right to request the type of press your job will run on*
You have the right to know exactly where your job is being manufactured
You have the right to attend the press check for any or all components of your job*
You have the right to specify the carrier who will store, fulfill, or deliver your job*
You have the right to receive a clear, complete explanation of all charges on your invoice
You have the right to share feedback, positive or negative, at any time during your project
